OACRA Sponsorships

OACRA is a public-interest justice technology platform providing free, nationwide access to probation- and reentry-compatible service directories across all 50 states. Coverage is available through the National Directory Hub.

Sponsorships support the availability, accuracy, and expansion of these directories while preserving OACRA’s independence, neutrality, and public trust.

Important: OACRA sponsorships are not advertising, promotions, or paid placements. Sponsorship does not influence listings, rankings, eligibility determinations, or user outcomes.

What Sponsorship Supports

Sponsorship funding sustains the public infrastructure that keeps OACRA’s nationwide service directories free, current, and accessible.

  • Maintenance of free public probation and reentry directories
  • Expansion of coverage across states, counties, and underserved regions
  • Ongoing verification, accuracy checks, and updates
  • Platform reliability, accessibility, and performance

What Sponsors Receive

OACRA sponsorships provide recognition for supporting access — not promotional placement.

  • Acknowledgment on relevant directory pages (county, state, or national)
  • Inclusion on OACRA’s Sponsor & Impact Partners page
  • Logo placement with a short, mission-aligned description
  • Recognition as a supporter of probation and reentry access
  • Optional annual impact summary reflecting reach and geographic coverage

Sponsorship Scope

Organizations may sponsor OACRA directories at different geographic levels:

  • County-level directory sponsorships
  • Statewide directory sponsorships
  • National directory sponsorships

All sponsorships support directories accessible through the National Directory Hub and are structured to preserve neutrality and public trust.

Transparency & Neutrality

  • Sponsorship does not affect directory inclusion or exclusion
  • No provider is ranked, promoted, or favored through sponsorship
  • Editorial and operational independence is preserved

Data Use & Privacy

OACRA does not sell, license, or provide access to individual user data, personally identifiable information, or behavioral records to sponsors.

In limited cases, OACRA may produce aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable insights to support public-interest research, service planning, or policy analysis. These insights cannot be used to identify individuals and are not provided for commercial targeting or promotional purposes.
