National reentry discovery and referral infrastructure. OACRA operates national discovery and referral pipelines for second-chance employment, reentry housing, treatment, community service, financial stability, and related reentry needs. OACRA organizes and reviews provider and resource information to help individuals and the professionals who assist them identify relevant services, while giving providers and employers a structured way to reach people and organizations seeking those services. OACRA resources support individual, case-management, supervision, agency, and organizational use through web-based and machine-readable service discovery.
Participate in the OACRA service network. Providers and employers may participate through OACRA listing, priority placement, and visibility programs. Institutions, sponsors, and commercial partners may engage through sponsorships, licensing, integrations, technology services, and other OACRA programs and services. OACRA is independently operated and is not government funded. Public availability of selected OACRA resources does not make OACRA's commercial services, structured data, technology, or intellectual property free for unrestricted organizational or commercial use.

OACRA™, the OACRA name, and associated branding are claimed trademarks of OACRA LLC. OACRA’s original articles, provider descriptions, resource compilations, taxonomies, classifications, structured fields, and protectable selection, coordination, arrangement, and presentation are protected intellectual property.

Published U.S. Patent Application. Certain OACRA software systems, workflows, automation functions, compliance-support tools, resource-routing functions, and related technology are described in a published United States patent application currently under examination. Patent protection has not yet been granted.
Ordinary use remains welcome. Individuals and professionals may access OACRA resources, share direct links, print information for personal or case-specific use, and quote brief portions with clear attribution. Public access does not authorize substantial republication, directory cloning, bulk extraction, automated harvesting, scraping, commercial redistribution, AI training or ingestion, database replication, syndication, resale, or incorporation into another website, application, chatbot, course, API, dataset, membership product, or commercial service without prior written permission or an applicable OACRA license. OACRA does not claim ownership of independently existing laws, public records, ordinary facts, provider names, public contact information, or third-party materials. OACRA’s rights apply to its original authorship and protectable compilation, classification, organization, and presentation.

It is not a court, probation department, correctional agency, law firm, government agency, treatment provider, housing provider, employer, or emergency service.
