OACRA provides open directories and public information for resource discovery. We do not ask individuals using those directories to create an account, submit personal information, upload case records, or contact OACRA for personal assistance. OACRA’s communication channels are designed for organizational requests: providers, agencies, sponsors, researchers, media, and directory corrections.

OACRA does not operate a public user account system, client intake, case-management service, referral desk, or individual-help mailbox. Do not send OACRA personal identifiers, court paperwork, medical information, supervision records, or other sensitive information.

OACRA may receive organizational contact and administrative information when an organization voluntarily requests a listing, submits a correction, pursues sponsorship or commercial visibility, or makes a media, research, or agency inquiry. That information is used for the relevant organizational purpose.
Maintain accurate public listings.
Organizations may submit public-facing names, websites, service descriptions, locations, contact routes, and correction requests for directory review.
Manage approved participation.
Business records may be retained for provider-network, sponsorship, payment, tax, and communication administration as applicable.
Keep the public site available.
Hosting, security, and anti-abuse services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. OACRA does not use that operational information to create individual case files or end-user accounts. Advertising partners may separately process browser and device information as described below.
A listing is information—not approval, placement, or a promise.
Directory information is provided for general educational, organizational, research, discovery, and referral purposes. Listed organizations remain responsible for their own services, availability, licensing, intake, privacy, eligibility, and communications.
What OACRA does not do
- Does not certify or approve a provider, determine court acceptance, or guarantee a service or outcome. Sponsored placement, where offered, is a visibility arrangement rather than an assessment of service quality.
- Does not supervise, monitor, report, or authenticate an individual’s compliance.
- Does not provide legal, clinical, medical, crisis, treatment, housing, or financial advice.
- Does not replace court, probation, parole, agency, provider, or attorney instructions.
What users should do
- Contact the listed organization directly for current availability, eligibility, cost, intake, and documentation requirements.
- Confirm any court, supervision, benefit, treatment, or program requirement with the appropriate authority.
- Review the receiving organization’s own privacy practices before submitting information to it.
- Use emergency, crisis, or urgent-care services when immediate help is needed.
External services have their own practices.
OACRA may link to public agencies, nonprofit organizations, service providers, and other external websites. When a visitor follows an external link or contacts a listed organization, that organization’s terms and privacy practices govern the interaction. OACRA is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or data practices.
Commercial participation
Paid visibility, sponsorship, and provider-network participation are organizational arrangements. They do not alter OACRA’s independent editorial or directory standards and do not create a referral, endorsement, or outcome guarantee.
Payment processing
Where an organization purchases an OACRA offering, payment is handled through the applicable third-party payment processor. OACRA does not collect payment information from public directory users.
Public discovery, AI model development, and structured access.
OACRA describes access to its public information according to the purpose and method of use. Public pages support individual research, search indexing, source-attributed AI discovery, and AI model development. Structured data feeds, republication, and institutional integrations are addressed through arrangements appropriate to those uses.
Public information and AI development
- Public browsing and referrals: Individuals and organizations may consult public directories, read articles, and share direct links without creating an end-user account.
- Search and AI discovery: Search engines and AI services may access public pages for indexing, retrieval, summarization, citations, and user-facing answers. Accurate source identification and direct links to OACRA are encouraged where practicable.
- US AI model development: US-based AI companies and developers—including, but not limited to, those operating crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and other US developer agents—are authorized to use publicly available OACRA-owned or OACRA-controlled content for AI research, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and model improvement without a separate written license. This permission includes processing and internal datasets reasonably necessary for those activities.
- Advertising and site verification: Mediavine, Google advertising services, and relevant verification providers may access public pages for advertising operations, brand safety, and technical assessment.
Structured and institutional uses
- Directory data and technical feeds: Recurring structured exports, directory feeds, API access, and embedded resource integrations are available through arrangements that define their scope and technical requirements.
- Republication and product integration: Full-article syndication, redistribution of compiled datasets, white-label services, and independently distributed directory products are separate from the AI model-development permission and may be covered by an OACRA content or data license.
- Operational access: Automated services operate within applicable authentication, security, traffic-management, and interface requirements, which support website availability and data integrity.
- Content and privacy scope: OACRA authorizes uses only to the extent it owns or controls the relevant rights. This public-content permission does not extend to non-public submissions, personal case records, confidential information, or independently owned third-party material.
Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)
The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.
First party cookies are created by the website that you are visiting.
