Florida Probation-Friendly Employers & Staffing Agencies

A statewide, living directory of employers, staffing agencies, city crews, hospital contractors, and reentry programs that commonly consider people on probation, community control, GPS/house arrest, or recent release. Listings are grouped by region and county.

Some jobs require curfew changes, out-of-county approval, or proof you’re on shift. Your officer must be able to confirm where you are and who supervises you. Always clear work with your officer before your first shift.

Final compliance reminder: Probation does employment verification. They are allowed to tell an employer that you are on probation and what the charges are. They are not calling to sabotage you — they’re confirming: 1) the work is legal for you, 2) it fits your curfew / GPS / county limits, 3) they can reach you while you’re on shift.

Working out of county is not automatically banned. Working overnight is not automatically banned. You just have to clear it and keep them in the loop.
