Agency Resource Contribution Portal
This OACRA initiative invites government agencies, probation departments, community corrections programs, and related public-sector offices to voluntarily share selected resource information that may help officers, case managers, service providers, and justice-involved individuals locate supervision and reentry support more easily.
Purpose
Based on field-informed supervision experience, OACRA recognizes that many useful referral materials remain local to a particular office, team, or training chain even when they are valuable in daily practice.
Many departments maintain internal lists, referral sheets, provider guides, or office reference materials that are helpful locally but difficult for officers, partner agencies, and individuals under supervision to locate outside a specific office or workflow.
When agencies voluntarily share selected resource materials, OACRA can help review and organize them into structured directory references where appropriate, while preserving room for agency discretion, local practice, and future refinement.
Resources That May Be Shared
- Community service work locations or referral sheets
- Treatment provider lists or program references
- Transitional housing or approved housing resources
- Employment, workforce, or training program references
- Reentry nonprofit, support service, or local partner guides
- Other supervision-related resource materials appropriate for directory review
Submissions shared through official government email domains may be reviewed by OACRA and, where appropriate, reflected in the directory as Agency-Referenced Resources. Departments may choose to share full lists, partial lists, or individual program references depending on local policy and discretion.
