State Approved / Authorized A responsible state agency or regulator explicitly identifies the vendor, provider or technology as approved, authorized or equivalent.
Agency Deployment / Contract Government procurement, agency documentation or another official source establishes actual deployment, contracting or operational use.
Government Source An official public source establishes a relevant relationship with the vendor or service, but does not necessarily establish formal approval.
Organization Confirmed The organization and relevant service have been confirmed through organization-provided or other public information. Government approval or agency deployment has not been established by this evidence level.
