Listings include municipal shelter systems, supportive housing nonprofits, and community organizations that may work with people on probation, parole, or other supervision. OACRA does not place you in housing — we help you find options to review with your officer, attorney, case manager, or housing navigator.
New York City (5 Boroughs)

Important: OACRA does not run any of these shelters or housing programs and cannot guarantee eligibility or availability. Programs marked with ✅ are commonly used by courts or supervision agencies, but policies change without notice.
Before moving or entering shelter: review your judgment and supervision conditions, ask your officer about county or address restrictions, and make sure curfews and house rules will not put you at risk of a violation. Get all placements, curfew changes, and travel approvals in writing when possible.
