OACRA Legal & Privacy Policy
Legal & Privacy
This page explains OACRA’s legal, data, and compliance practices, confirming our strict architectural commitment to end-user data exclusion, structural CJIS alignment, and free directory resource access.
CJIS Alignment & Free Access
OACRA implements an unauthenticated, zero-PII directory design. We do not require, collect, or store personal information or justice-related records from end users exploring community resources.
- 🔒 Zero End-User PII
- 🛡️ Structural CJIS Exclusion
- 💸 100% Free Public Directory
Important platform boundaries
OACRA LLC is an independent private platform. OACRA is not a government agency, court, probation department, parole authority, law firm, or legal-services provider.
- ⚖️ Not legal advice
- 🏛️ Not a government agency
- ✅ Educational use only
1. Privacy Policy & CJIS Alignment
100% Free & Unauthenticated Search
- End users are never asked to register, create accounts, or log in to search our directories.
- Directory lookup, resource discovery, and informational map access are completely free.
- No monetization, tracking, profiling, or matching of individual end users looking up help.
Zero End-User PII Collection
- No names, emails, phone numbers, or residential addresses are requested from lookup users.
- No browser cookies harvest individual user lookups to build personal identities.
- OACRA does not track or hold data that could bind a private individual to a web inquiry.
CJIS Compliance Through Absolute Exclusion
- OACRA does not interface with, process, or store data from official law enforcement databases.
- We hold zero Criminal Justice Information (CJI), case histories, biometric records, or disposition sheets.
- Compliance is maintained structurally by ensuring no data pipeline exists to catch or hold restricted data.
Voluntary Administrative & Provider Records
- Standard business metrics and billing records apply solely to providers who opt-in to paid visibility.
- Voluntary contact submissions (emails, names) are strictly restricted to corporate, vendor, or agency inquiries.
- Basic site operation logs (such as anti-spam firewalls) remain entirely isolated from user identities.
2. How OACRA Uses Information
Responding and support
OACRA uses corporate/agency contact submissions solely to handle provider requests, sponsorships, agency updates, corrections, and B2B outreach.
Directory and listing review
OACRA may verify, format, or organize submitted organizational provider metadata to ensure directory consistency and clean public presentation.
Payments and records
OACRA uses secure third-party processors to manage B2B provider subscriptions, paid sponsor placements, and corporate accounting files.
Security and anti-spam
OACRA leverages network level protocols to mitigate malicious traffic, block bot networks, block site abuse, and keep directories online.
Analytics and improvement
Anonymized data highlights macro layout speeds, dead links, general city search density, and broad structural usability patterns.
Legal and administrative needs
OACRA retains mandatory business, corporate tax records, and partner compliance logs in accordance with state and federal requirements.
3. Privacy Rights
Where applicable under statutory frameworks, providers or corporate representatives may audit, modify, or terminate data profiles. Because directory lookup traffic logs are entirely anonymous and detached from user names or addresses, OACRA does not maintain end-user profile buckets to extract, alter, or delete.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
Functional telemetry
OACRA uses foundational scripts, basic framework configurations, and security protocols to evaluate layout efficiency and retain fast page speeds.
Browser controls
Users can universally deny cookies through standard browser shields. Disabling infrastructure cookies does not impact the ability to review public directory indexes.
5. Directories, Listings, Sponsorships, Products & Affiliates
100% Free Directory Lookups
All resource lookups, list indexes, state pathways, and structural filters are completely free for end users. No subscription paywalls, microtransactions, or registration requirements exist to access public listing databases.
Paid visibility and sponsorship
Commercial placements, badges, or enhanced listing tiers highlight business entities who fund platform operations. Placement models do not alter our data minimization standards or afford sponsors control over our directory layouts.
Digital products and resources
OACRA educational manuals, informational packets, templates, and reference materials are meant solely for general corporate or educational review. They never constitute professional, therapeutic, or legal counsel.
Third-party links
Directories link directly to external agency or private provider domains. OACRA maintains zero oversight over external web policies, security rules, or data operations; users assume responsibility upon leaving our domain.
6. AI-Supported Tools and Automation
AI-supported assistance
Language logic models support back-end grouping, synthesize complex state guidelines into simplified formats, and verify that listed providers map cleanly to relevant support labels.
No supervision decision-making
Automated tools do not manage cases, file reports, track milestones, or issue official mandates. OACRA automation cannot clear compliance hurdles or alter court obligations.
7. Non-Supervision and Legal Disclaimer
No supervision role
OACRA does not track, evaluate, report, or authenticate individual client compliance to judicial officers, probation offices, paroling groups, treatment staff, or correctional departments.
No legal advice
OACRA does not dispense legal aid, file court paperwork, act as counsel, or offer legal strategies. Users remain fully responsible for verifying all technical supervision milestones with clear professional counsel.
8. Third-Party Services
OACRA partners with core web hosting frameworks, security nodes, communication channels, and secure bookkeeping applications. These enterprise entities oversee their processing clusters relative to their published operational frameworks, strict data standards, and security controls.
9. Security Architecture
OACRA maintains modern HTTPS transport encryption, rigorous edge-firewalls, restricted administrative access, anti-bot filtering tools, and systematic platform vulnerability screening. Because our architecture excludes user profiles and sensitive CJIS variables by design, our platform eliminates typical database breaches or user leak vectors.
10. Accessibility
We work diligently to build readable contrast settings, screen-reader friendly elements, clean font parameters, and fast mobile responsive templates. Please reach out to our team if you identify layout elements needing adjustment.
