OACRA Legal & Privacy Policy
Public resource access—without a personal profile.
OACRA provides open directories and public information for resource discovery. We do not ask individuals using those directories to create an account, submit personal information, upload case records, or contact OACRA for personal assistance. OACRA’s communication channels are designed for organizational requests: providers, agencies, sponsors, researchers, media, and directory corrections.

OACRA does not operate a public user account system, client intake, case-management service, referral desk, or individual-help mailbox. Do not send OACRA personal identifiers, court paperwork, medical information, supervision records, or other sensitive information.
No sign-in for public resource discovery.
Directory access and public resource browsing are available without an OACRA end-user account or profile.
No case, treatment, or housing intake.
OACRA does not receive applications, make eligibility decisions, arrange services, or place individuals with an organization.
No CJI or supervision records.
OACRA does not request, access, or store criminal-justice information, case histories, biometric information, court files, or supervision records.
Limited information for provider and institutional business.
OACRA may receive organizational contact and administrative information when an organization voluntarily requests a listing, submits a correction, pursues sponsorship or commercial visibility, or makes a media, research, or agency inquiry. That information is used for the relevant organizational purpose.
Maintain accurate public listings.
Organizations may submit public-facing names, websites, service descriptions, locations, contact routes, and correction requests for directory review.
Manage approved participation.
Business records may be retained for provider-network, sponsorship, payment, tax, and communication administration as applicable.
Keep the public site available.
Hosting, security, and anti-abuse services may process technical information necessary to operate and protect the website. OACRA does not use that information to create individual user profiles.
A listing is information—not approval, placement, or a promise.
Directory information is provided for general educational, organizational, research, discovery, and referral purposes. Listed organizations remain responsible for their own services, availability, licensing, intake, privacy, eligibility, and communications.
What OACRA does not do
- Does not endorse, certify, rank, or guarantee an organization, service, acceptance, or outcome.
- Does not supervise, monitor, report, or authenticate an individual’s compliance.
- Does not provide legal, clinical, medical, crisis, treatment, housing, or financial advice.
- Does not replace court, probation, parole, agency, provider, or attorney instructions.
What users should do
- Contact the listed organization directly for current availability, eligibility, cost, intake, and documentation requirements.
- Confirm any court, supervision, benefit, treatment, or program requirement with the appropriate authority.
- Review the receiving organization’s own privacy practices before submitting information to it.
- Use emergency, crisis, or urgent-care services when immediate help is needed.
External services have their own practices.
OACRA may link to public agencies, nonprofit organizations, service providers, and other external websites. When a visitor follows an external link or contacts a listed organization, that organization’s terms and privacy practices govern the interaction. OACRA is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or data practices.
Commercial participation
Paid visibility, sponsorship, and provider-network participation are organizational arrangements. They do not alter OACRA’s independent editorial or directory standards and do not create a referral, endorsement, or outcome guarantee.
Payment processing
Where an organization purchases an OACRA offering, payment is handled through the applicable third-party payment processor. OACRA does not collect payment information from public directory users.

OACRA does not offer individual case support by email or phone. If you are looking for housing, employment, treatment, community service, financial help, legal assistance, or another service, use the directories and contact the listed organization or appropriate official source directly.
