The OACRA Provider Network is designed for organizations with a real service role in reentry and community justice. It gives providers a structured presence within the relevant state and service pathway while keeping the end user’s decision, intake, and eligibility process with the provider and applicable authority.

Submit new information, claim a record, request corrections, or ask for removal when your organization should no longer appear.

A directory presence does not establish court approval, government affiliation, provider certification, eligibility, acceptance, referrals, or outcomes.
Start with accurate provider information.
Use the Provider Request Form for new requests, claims, updates, corrections, or removal requests. Include your legal or operating name, service category, areas served, direct contact method, and public intake details. OACRA may request supporting details where needed to clarify the record.
For community-service organizations
OACRA can organize public service information; it cannot determine whether an organization’s hours or program will satisfy a court or supervision requirement.
- Confirm whether your state DOC, sentencing court, probation office, or local community-service administrator requires separate registration, approval, documentation, insurance, or reporting.
- Do not request language stating that OACRA listing equals court acceptance.
- Keep hours, contact details, participation rules, and documentation practices current.
For treatment and recovery providers
Treatment information is presented for resource discovery only. OACRA does not assess a person, recommend a provider, arrange transportation, place a patient, or facilitate admission.
- Submit only accurate, current information about services, licensure or exemptions, locations, and direct intake channels.
- Paid placement is never tied to a patient, referral, call, admission, enrollment, utilization, or treatment outcome.
- OACRA may decline, remove, or limit treatment/recovery-residence placement that creates a compliance, safety, accuracy, or consumer-protection concern.
A directory is not a referral system.
OACRA is an independent information and resource-navigation platform. It is not a court, corrections agency, supervision authority, clinical provider, legal service, or referral authority. Users must confirm current eligibility, acceptance, documentation, and supervision requirements directly with the provider and the relevant court or supervising authority.
Provider information and visibility
- Listings are based on provider-submitted information and available public details; a listing is not a certification or endorsement.
- Standard and paid placements must remain clearly distinguishable.
- OACRA does not guarantee traffic, contacts, referrals, admissions, contracts, court acceptance, placement, or outcomes.
- Providers remain responsible for their own licensing, advertising, privacy, intake, eligibility, documentation, and service obligations.
Florida treatment-marketing notice
- OACRA does not accept compensation for a patient referral, patronage, admission, treatment acknowledgment, or the potential value of a patient.
- OACRA does not steer users to a particular treatment provider, make clinical recommendations, conduct assessments, or arrange transportation.
- Any approved paid visibility is a flat, pre-set information-placement arrangement, clearly disclosed and separate from patient decisions or services.
- Florida providers should obtain their own legal/compliance advice for their particular advertising, licensing, recovery-residence, and referral practices.
