What OACRA Is

OACRA is an educational and organizational platform designed to help individuals on probation, community control, or re-entry locate lawful, community-based services.

We organize publicly available information and provider-submitted details into statewide directories so users can understand their options and take responsibility for confirming requirements with their probation officer, court, or supervising authority.

Important: OACRA is not a court, corrections agency, referral authority, or legal service.

What OACRA Is Not

  • Not a government or court-affiliated platform
  • Not a referral mandate or approval authority
  • Not legal advice or legal representation
  • Not a guarantee of acceptance for court-ordered requirements
  • Not a substitute for probation officer or court instructions

Who This Platform Is For

OACRA listings are intended for organizations that provide lawful, community-based services, including:

  • Community service and volunteer organizations
  • Behavioral health and substance-use treatment providers
  • Employment and workforce development organizations
  • Re-entry housing and transitional housing providers
  • Financial education, budgeting, and support programs

Providers must operate lawfully and accurately represent their services.

What “Verified” Means on OACRA

A “Verified” listing indicates that a provider has submitted identifying information and agreed to basic accuracy and compliance standards.

  • Verification confirms identity and listing accuracy
  • Verification does not imply court approval or endorsement
  • Verification does not guarantee acceptance of hours or services
  • Verification does not replace officer or court authorization
Listing on OACRA does not create any contractual, supervisory, or legal relationship between OACRA and the provider.

Provider Control & Accuracy

Providers retain control over their listing information.

  • You determine the services you offer and eligibility requirements
  • You may request updates or removal of your listing
  • OACRA does not alter or reinterpret your services
  • We rely on providers to keep information accurate and current

Liability & Boundaries

OACRA does not supervise users, verify compliance completion, or mediate disputes between users and providers.

Users are responsible for:

  • Confirming eligibility and acceptance with their probation officer or court
  • Following your organization’s intake and participation rules
  • Obtaining required documentation or signatures

How Providers Participate

Providers may appear in OACRA directories through free or paid listing options, depending on category and level of visibility.

  • Basic listings focus on discoverability and accuracy
  • Verified listings add identity confirmation and prominence
  • Premium options may include enhanced placement or profile features
Best practice: Use the request form first for verification/claiming or new listing requests. Our team may follow up for supporting details depending on your service category and location.

Compliance, Safety & Transparency

Providers and users are encouraged to review our policies:

Verify, Claim, Request, or Update a Listing

Use the provider request form to:

  • Verify your organization and confirm listing accuracy
  • Claim an existing listing
  • Request a new listing by industry, city, and state
  • Submit corrections (name, services, contact, hours, eligibility, etc.)
  • Request removal if your organization should not appear
Tip: If possible, include your service category, cities served, and the directory page link (if you have it). This helps us process updates faster.
