BOP procurement 15BRRC26R00000014 moved to a formal solicitation on Sept. 28 for Residential Reentry Center and Home Confinement services across northeast Tennessee. The current response deadline is Nov. 27.

A Sept. 22 Fresno County action added $6.104 million to the California Forensic Medical Group agreement for CalAIM Justice-Involved pre-release services at the county jail, bringing the broader agreement's stated maximum to approximately $400.48 million.

The September 29 close converts Hawaii's Puuhonua Reentry procurement to evaluation watch, advances Northeast Tennessee from presolicitation to a formal BOP solicitation, removes the El Dorado SCRAM amendment from the September core because its underlying approval occurred in August, and restores early- and mid-September procurements to a closed/evaluation layer instead of dropping them after their response dates.
The register uses the date of the material lifecycle event rather than only the final bid deadline. An opportunity issued or materially amended in September remains part of the September register when its response deadline falls in October or November. For federal opportunities, SAM.gov and issuing-agency amendments control. Vendors should confirm current notices, addenda, eligibility requirements and submission instructions before acting.
