Include: provider name • locations • service types • intake route • website • documentation options

Court-related classes, evaluations & specialized programs

OACRA may list DUI-related routes, BIP/domestic-violence intervention, anger management, parenting-related programs, MRT or cognitive-behavioral groups, substance use or mental health evaluations, treatment recommendations, and other court-related service routes. Documentation questions to ask first

Before starting a program, ask whether the provider can issue the documents your case requires: enrollment proof, attendance logs, progress notes, treatment-plan updates, evaluation results, completion certificate, discharge summary, DUI/BIP/class documentation, and direct reporting where appropriate.

Confirm with: provider • officer • court • attorney • evaluator • referral source

Approval, payment, telehealth & travel

Substantial republication, systematic copying, bulk extraction, automated harvesting, scraping, database replication, commercial redistribution, syndication, resale, AI training or ingestion, or incorporation into another website, application, chatbot, directory, membership product, API, dataset, or commercial service is not authorized without prior written permission or an applicable OACRA license.

Public availability does not grant a license to copy, extract, repackage, commercialize, or redistribute OACRA’s protected content or compilation. Provider availability, intake requirements, costs, service areas, and court or supervision acceptance must be confirmed directly through the current directory and provider contact details.
