Jubilee Housing’s mission is to build diverse, compassionate communities that create opportunities for everyone to thrive.

Founding & Growth
Founded in 1973, Jubilee Housing has grown to 13 buildings in Ward 1 serving more than 1,000 individuals annually through housing and supportive services under its Justice Housing® model.
Reentry Transitional Housing
Jubilee Housing supports individuals transitioning from incarceration by providing structured, community-based housing solutions that promote stability and long-term reintegration.
