How to use Find Services
Quick answers about search, access, listings and community-service requirements.
Who is Find Services for?
Find Services is for people with a record looking for practical support, including people navigating reentry, probation, parole, community supervision, or other record-related barriers. Families and referral professionals can use the directories too.
Is Find Services free to use?
Yes. Public directory access does not require payment, an account, or sign-in. Users contact listed providers and organizations directly.
How do I search?
Enter a state plus a service need, such as Florida housing, Texas jobs, Maryland treatment, Ohio community service, or California financial help. A state-only search shows all five service areas.
What can I find?
OACRA organizes public directories around housing, employment, treatment, community service, and financial help across all 50 states and Washington, DC.
Does OACRA approve or guarantee providers?
No. OACRA is an independent information and discovery platform. A listing does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, service quality, court approval, supervision approval, or outcomes.
Can I use OACRA for court-ordered community service?
OACRA can help you discover potential community-service organizations. Confirm acceptance requirements directly with the organization and, when applicable, with the court or supervision authority before completing hours.
Expand access with OACRA.
OACRA invites organizational, institutional and commercial partnerships that expand access to practical resources. Partners can support service discovery through regional or state initiatives, sponsored visibility, integrations and other collaborative models.
